New Years 2009

We had a New Years party at my moms house and had about 25 people there, there was Texas Hold'em and Nintendo Wii plus tons of food, it was a blast, Javen did not make it till midnight but braiden did only because he was very excited about the firework show that my dad and Billy did it was a great way to bring in 2009 with all if our loved ones.

Christmas Morning

Well my boys are not old enough to know that you are supposed to wake up really early, so I woke the whole family up at 6:00 am and Braiden walked out and seen his race track set up and just wanted to play, but he finally decided to open up presents but after the first 10 he was done, so mental note for next year only buy a few he lost interest after a while and wanted to play with all the cool stuff, but when he opened his clothes and socks, he was really quick to open the next one because that stuff was boring to him lol. Javen really loved the paper and would rip them open but then all he wanted to do after that was eat the paper he only lasted about 20 min. then got upset that he could not have the paper. We did have a house full for Christmas this year Grandpa Morris from Nephi, Billy's mom Rosie, Billy's younger brother Kyle and then all of us.
After we opened present everyone took a nap, except me of course because I had breakfast to cook and Christmas dinner to get ready, so when all was over I was so exhausted and said next year I will let them wake up on their own, but we all know I will do it all the same next year.

Funny Boys

I have this really bad habit of taking pictures of everything my children do, and sometimes there are these moments where I feel I have not taken enough pictures of them that day, I dress them up to make some funny memories.
My work had these really funny glasses in our treasure chest for the children that come in there and I could not help myself, so I took two pair home and took some awesome pictures of my silly boys, they loved it, Javen left them on for about thirty minutes and Braiden played with them all night very cheap entertainment.

Welcher Family 2008

This is our family. It took about 30 attempts to get this picture, but it was all worth it, It still is not perfect but Braiden was not having fun and did not want anything to do with the photos.

Visiting Santa!

We went to South Towne Mall to visit santa, and I thought if we went right after thanksgiving it would not be very busy, and boy was I wrong, I think many other people have the same idea we waited in line for about an hour, but The boys were very excited to see santa, this was the first picture they took and they are both smiling and looking at the camera! So amazing......I wish our family pictures would have went this well. LOL

These photos can go on forever let me tell ya, but these are the best of the bunch, he is almost 2 1/2 and loves to explore and get into things, when he is quiet and not in sight you know you better grab the camera and go looking because it is going to be a Kodak moment.
